Organizations are struggling to know how to measure and report on health and well-being, despite having standards such as the WELL Building Standard. Hearing about these struggles from clients, we developed a comprehensive framework to measure health, well-being, and related factors for organizations. The framework invites organizations to collect data across five levels of impact; individual, organizational, building, community, and global environmental/sustainability. The 12 Competencies provide guidance on what topics to measure within those levels of impact, and show organizations how to understand the drivers that are impacting the outcomes they care about. You can read about the 12 Competencies here for an executive summary- stay tuned for the full paper.
